General
- Invoices are sent by themagicunicorn.mail@gmail.com so please add that to your safe list
- We will get back to you within 12 hours so please check your email regularly
- We do not accept email orders so please comment on the respective posts in themagicunicorn</lj> 
- Priority will be given to those with comments stating "confirmed" and can make immediate payment
- We will check all items before mailing them out, therefore no refunds or exchanges will be entertained

Payment
- All payments must be in within 24 hours after receiving the invoice, else item will be released to the next interested party
- Payment is to be made to our POSB Savings account via ibanking or atm transfer
- For atm transfers, please attach a clear snapshot of your receipt in the email.
* Important, please note: Do not scan your receipt! This is to prevent fraud cases.
- To ease the convenience for both you and themagicunicorn, we strongly encourage you to apply for ibanking!

Shipping
- Postage cost will be advised in the invoice sent, however normal postage is free for those in our mailing list, yay!
- Please note that other than for bulky items(eg. bags/shoes), we do not hold meetups
- We will not be responsible for lost normal mails but we will ensure that your parcels are packed and sent in the best condition
- For registered mail, it would be additional $2.24
- Items will be mailed out within 2 working days after payment is received
- It would take about another 3 working days for the parcel to reach you
